Disseminating CHANGE in Trondheim, Norway

With three CHANGE Early stage researchers (ESRs) visiting Norway for their secondment, we had as many as seven ESRs in Norway at the same time. This was an excellent opportunity to host a dissemination event!

ESR Evdokia Saiti presenting to the audience

We were invited by the NTNU University Museum in Trondheim to host a workshop with them, presenting the different projects of each ESR to a group of potential end users of the CHANGE results. The audience included representatives from different parts of the cultural heritage sector in the Trondheim region in Norway, as different museums and restauration labs.

All seven ESRs, Yoko Arteaga, Agnese Babini, Deepshikha Sharma, Dipendra Mandal, Athanasia Papanikolaou, Jan Cutajar and Evdokia Saiti presented their work. In addition, Sony George gave a short introduction to Hyperspectral Imaging and Jon Hardeberg presented the CHANGE project in general.

When visiting Trondheim, the group also took the advantage of visiting the Nidaros Cathedral restauration lab and the labs of the NTNU University Museum to learn more about their work and challenges. See Images below. Thanks for having us!

All of this was possible thanks to the Norwegian Research Council supporting the travel to Trondheim for the CHANGE members through the NO CHANGE (The Norwegian network of CHANGE) project.
